mata22 accepts deposits through various Indonesian banking channels and e-wallet services, including but not limited to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in Your payment account and for any fees charged by Your bank or payment provider.
Deposits made through major Indonesian banks during banking hours (typically Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are generally processed instantly. Live in-play betting odds are subject to rapid fluctuation based on match events, and all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

You may request voluntary closure of Your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving Your request, we will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining account balance after deducting applicable wagering requirements and pending wagers will be returned to You via Your registered payment method.
mata22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Your Account without prior notice if we determine that You have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with responsible use of the Platform.
